  • Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?

    Yes, we are committed to ensuring accessibility for everyone. We are currently awaiting the delivery of a chairlift, with an estimated installation date by January 1st, 2024. In the meantime, we do have disabled toilets available.

  • Is there WiFi available at the venue?

    Certainly! We offer complimentary WiFi for all our guests, and there's no need for a password.

  • Is there a designated smoking area?

    Yes, we have a designated smoking area that accommodates up to 10 people at a time, outside the venue. Please be mindful of others when using this area.

  • What is the policy regarding noise outside the venue?

    As we are located in a residential area, any loud behavior outside the venue will not be tolerated. We ask all guests to respect our neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment when approaching and leaving.

  • What is the policy for items left in the cloakroom?

    Cloakroom items will be held for a period of 30 days. After this time, unclaimed items will be donated to charity.

  • How is the venue ensuring GDPR compliance?

    We take data protection seriously and comply with UK law, including GDPR regulations. We are ICO registered for the use of CCTV’s.

    Rest assured that any personal information provided to us is handled with the utmost care and in accordance with legal requirements.

  • Can I bring my own food and beverages to the venue?

    To maintain our high standards of service, outside food and beverages are not permitted. However, exceptions can be made for special dietary needs or specific events. Please contact our event coordinator for further details.

  • Is there parking available?

    Unfortunately, we do not have on-site parking available. We recommend checking local parking options and public transportation when planning your visit.

  • What is the policy on decorations?

    We welcome decorations to enhance your event experience. Please consult with our event coordinator beforehand to ensure they meet safety regulations and do not cause any damage to the venue.

  • Can I book the venue for private events?

    Absolutely! Our venue is available for private events. Contact our events team to discuss your requirements and secure a booking.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Our cancellation policy may vary depending on the type of event and the notice given. Please refer to your booking agreement or contact our team for specific details.

  • How do I handle deliveries for my event?

    All deliveries for clients must be scheduled between 9 am and 6 pm and booked in with our General Manager at hello@docksidevaults.com. Please ensure that any deliveries are coordinated within this timeframe to guarantee a smooth process.
